Today Sarah combines her organic love of Creativity with Mental Health awareness for children through her writing of children’s books. Her books are used by UNICEF, charities, schools and therapists Worldwide as she tries to start and continue conversations using literacy as an Emotional support vessel.
Sarah is a co-founder of Creator’s Field Podcast and says “ I became interested in the link between creativity and mental health when I realised that the two together can be both a cause and resolution. I wanted to not only talk about this but also reach out to those who stand at the back – It’s vital to me to communicate that everyone is welcome into our space”.
